1. Registration and Creating Your Profile

   To start searching your lady and registering at our site, please fill in your name, birth date, email and then click on the "Find Your Matches" link at our site, ukrdate.club. To create your profile on our site you have to fill in next information about you: your first name and last name (not necessary), birth date, email address, create password, your country and city, home address, phone number, education, occupation, and also your personal data such as your height, weight, hair and eyes color, religion, smoke or no, family status, have children or no, your age preferences for ladies. Please don’t forget to download your pictures and don't be afraid to tell the ladies about yourself.

2. Using (Navigating) Your Home Page

   Once you have logged in and created your profile and, you can use all the features of our website especially made to assists you with finding the right lady for you. Hope this helps you with navigating through your home page.

   1. SEARCH: The Advanced Search link, located on the top of your screen, enables you to find which lady members fit your particular tastes and interests the most. Once you have selected your preferences, click on `Search` button to view women who match your preferences.

   2. CORRESPONDENCE: Selecting the links in this area will bring you to your Mail page, where you will be able to view messages in your Inbox, Outbox, and Trash.

   3. On the top of your screen, please select the Home link to get back to your Home Page. Or select the Log Out link on the top to logout from the site.

   4. In order to see who of the ladies are online now you must click the link Ladies Online in the section “Ladies” on the right of your screen.

   5. Select the About Us link to learn more about Ukrainian Dating Club. Select the Contact Us link to contact Ukrainian Dating Club Customer Service.

   6. LADIES: In the section “Ladies” on the right side of your screen select the Admirers link to view ladies who have expressed an interest in getting to know you. Select the Favorites link to view ladies you have an interest in. Or select the Matches link to view the lady members where you both share a mutual interest. Section “Gallery” shows all the girls who are registered on the site, ‘’Ladies online” section shows the ladies who are online right now.

3. How Can I Edit My Profile?

   To edit your profile:

   Login

   Select the "Edit My Profile" link on the right hand of your page.

4. I Am Unable to Edit My Profile. Can You Help?

   Please contact us.

5. I Edited My Profile But Don't See the Changes. Why?

   When making changes to your profile, your profile will be reviewed by our administrative personnel for approval. All changes in the profiles must be reviewed by the administrator before the changes are permanently posted to your profile. Please allow 24-48 hours before changes are approved and once your profile is approved, the changes will be available for the lady members to see. Additionally, you will also be able to edit your profile once more once it is approved.

6. How Do I Add Photos to My Profile? Change Photos?

   To add photos: Login on your homepage, select the "Edit Profile" link., Select "Add/Change My Photos" link, Select “Upload New” button. A new window will appear and you will need to upload photos from your computer.

   Once you have chosen which photo you prefer to use, select the "Save" button.

   Once your photos have been uploaded to your profile, please allow approximately 24-48 hours for administrator approval.

   Additionally, please make sure you are the only person depicted in the photos.

7. How Can I Change My Password?

   To change your password, please:

   Login

   Select the "Edit Profile" link

   Select "Change Password"

8. I Can't Login. I've Forgotten My Email or Password. Can You Help?

   To retrieve your password, please, select the `Forgot My Password` link. Follow the instructions and your password will be sent to the email address included in your profile.

9. Can I Have More than One Account with Ukrainian Dating Club?

   You can have only one account on our site. If you have any questions about your profile, please let us know.

10. How do I delete My Profile?

    To delete your profile , please visit  My Account page and click “Deactivate Profile”. After you will be asking if you are sure you wish to deactivate your profile? Press “Yes, Deactivate” button and it will be removed.

11. How do I use "Favorites" feature?

    Favorites is a folder where you add ladies that you liked. To add a lady click the “Add to Favorites” button in her profile. When you do that, she will receive a notification that she has an Admirer and she also can add you to her Favorites.

12. What is an admirer?

    Admirer Notice represents an interest of a particular lady in you. If a lady selects you as an Admirer, that means that she likes you and would like to get to know you. Man also can add a lady to his favorites. It is a good way to find a lady that you like and start a conversation.

13. What Is A Match?

    A Match is when both you and the lady are in each other’s Favorites Folders.

14. What is a vip status? What privileges vip members have?

    As a premium member, you will have unlimited access to all our extra online dating functions below. Vip status will allow you to receive a bonuses, unlimited premium access to the newest lady’s profiles, unlimited access to the lady’s private photos and video clips. 3. If I Do Find the Right Girl for Me, Can I Marry Her in Her Country?

4. When I Find the Right Lady, How Do We Get Married?

   First, we suggest you to visit the lady in her country. Once you meet your future wife in her country (Russia/Ukraine), you would then need to make arrangements to bring her to your country. Unfortunately, we can not provide very much counsel on immigration because of the legal issues that are involved. We suggest you seek counsel from an immigration attorney.    Unfortunately we can't make a limit on your account to contact only one lady.

10. My Letter Has Not Been Sent. Why?

    For security purposes, members are automatically logged out for inactivity, so maybe that’s why you couldn't send a letter, if you took a long time to write it. But if it is still happening, please let us know.

11. Should I Read All of the Messages the Ladies Have Sent Me?

    Actually it depends only on you and your own choice.

12. Where Can I Find the Messages I've Sent to the Ladies?

    Please check your Outbox to find messages you've sent to the ladies.

13. Where Are Messages I've Deleted?

    All your Deleted emails will stay in your Trash folder.

14. Why Have I Received So Many Letters from the Ladies?

   All letters are free of charge from the moment you subscribed to our site and become a member. As subscriber you can read and send unlimited messages! Just choose the subscription plan that suits you best!

3. Why Your Services Aren't Free?

   Unfortunately we can't make our services for free, because we have the cost of doing business, i.e. salaries paid to employers who support the work of the site.

   We will continue to do all the best to provide competitive prices to our customers.

4. Where can I get help with immigration issues?

   We are working on setting a large part of our operations to help customers with this matter. The best thing you can do is to hire an experienced immigration attorney. You can possibly do it yourself. One of the best Internet resources is the USCIS web site.

   “New ladies profiles” - you will be notified about new ladies members who registered and appeared on the site. You may choose how often to receive such notifications: once a day, once a week or once a month.

6. The Emails I Receive from Ukrainian Dating Club Are Coded in HTML. Can You Help?

   The reason you’re receiving emails from us in HTML code is because your email server does not use HTML code to properly code HTML files.

   Free email servers that use HTML code are Hotmail, Google, Yahoo, MSN, etc. To receive our messages, we suggest you to change your profile email address from one of the above mentioned providers.
